Design and build ‘Purple Phase’ of a major regeneration scheme in Woking on a 74-acre site. The project consisted of a single block of 82no apartments built over 6 floors and 10no 3-storey townhouses in a courtyard arrangement. Car parking spaces were provided underneath a podium deck with a management suite located on the ground floor.

The site was within an existing housing area with a number of occupied premises in close proximity to the works.
