Design and construction of a 326 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel, including restaurant, meeting rooms, breakout space and external works. Refurbishment of the existing North Block together with part demolition of the South Block and new 6 storey extension.

The North Block was completed ahead of programme for early Client occupation, resulting in an unexpected and significant increase in Client revenue.
