Design and build new double depth basement with 50 parking spaces, new student accommodation with 59 ensuite bedrooms and the refurbishment, alteration and extension of the existing (listed) Furness Lodge building to provide seminar, teaching, bar and event spaces.

Works included the demolition and rebuild of the South Court Social Hub building and associated external works.
