Design and build construction of two seven storey and eleven-storey tower blocks to provide 136 bright, spacious and modern residential apartments including three floors of car parking in the heart of Belfast's historic docklands.

The building was constructed with a reinforced in-situ concrete frame, traditional facing brickwork and blockwork cavity walls with aluminium windows and curtain walling.
