Design and build demolition of the existing Invicta House, with retention of façades facing onto Atkinson Street and Scott Place.

Construction works included a new build Marriott Moxy Hotel behind the retained façade, new and upgraded building services and external hard and soft landscaping. The new hotel has been fitted out to Marriott Moxy specification.
