Situated in the heart of London, the hub by Premier Inn Westminster Abbey was a design and build project which also included the refurbishment of an existing part-demolished office building.

Works comprised major structural alterations, an extension to the roof level on the seventh floor and the addition of two floors at lower ground and upper ground.

These two new mezzanine levels were designed by Gilbert-Ash and provided additional space for 23 extra rooms resulting in an unexpected significant increase in client revenue.
