The second scheme within a Performance Related Partnering Framework for Belfast Health & Social Care Trust, this project included demolition of the existing building and provision of a new five storey Community Health Centre.

Construction works comprised concrete frame structure with the façades being a mixture of block/facing bricks/curtain walling and cladding. An existing Day Care facility remained live and operational throughout construction.
